A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN INDE%WlIIRE CONVEYING AN
EASEMENT FROM HAROLD FRAY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANC IBC 0
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Franc~co that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Indenture, dated the 4th day of October 1956, whereby HAROLD FRAY
grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest in across and through certain
real property therein described.
BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 5th day
of November, 1956, by the following vote:
AYES:
CounciLmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca~ Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio and
Leo J. Ryan.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
