A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN INDENTURE CONVEY-
ING AN EASEMENT FROM MANUEL S. SOUZA, JR. AND
AMELIA SOUZA TO TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of S$uth San Francisco that said City of South
San Francisco that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Indenture, dated the 17th
day of October 1956, whereby MANUEL S. SOUZA, JR. aha AMELIA SOUZA grant and convey to said City of
South San Francisco an easement interest in across and through certain real property %herein described.
BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of SoUth San Francisco at a regular meeting held ~n the
5th day of November, 1956, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio, and
Leo J. Ryan.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
