ING AN EAS~4ENT: FROM MICHAEL BENDICK AND DENISE
BENDICK TO TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oC the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Indenture, dated the Brd day of November 1956, whereby MICHAMT, BENDICK
and DENISE BENDICK grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest in across and
through certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Indenture, ~ogether with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution w~s regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 5th day
of November, 1956, by the following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio and Leo
J. Ryan
