A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING TEE EXECUTION OF
AN AGR~ BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE
CER~T~ SPRINGS VALT~EY MODEL ENGINEERING
SOCIETY, INC. WITH RESPECT TO SALE AND RE_-.
MOVAL OF A BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the Crystal Springs Valley Model Engineering
Society, Inc. desire to enter into a contract with respect to sale, transfer and demolition of structures
located at 205 - 8th Lane and 204 Pine Avenue which is for the common benefit of said City.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare its willingness
to enter into such an agreement with the Crystal Springs Valley Model Engineering Society, Inc. in the
form submitted 'to the City Council, the prupose of the agreement being to transfer the ~ity's interest
in said structures to the Society, relieve City of the expense of clearing said structures from their
present sites, and promote common benefit of the City by preparing the sites for a recreation center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby'authorized to execute such
agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution w~s regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day
of December, 1956, by the following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Frandis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
