RESOLUTION NO. 2438
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGR ~MMMEh~ BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE 80UTH
SAN FRANCISCO ROD AND GUN ~IAYB WITH RESPECT
TO SALE AND REMOVAL OF A BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the South San Francisco Rod and Gun Club desire to enter
into a contract with respect to sale, transfer and use of a building which is for the common benefit of said
City.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare its willingness to
enter into such au agreement with the South San Francisco Rod and Gun Club iu the form submitted to the City
Council, the purpose of the agreement being to transfer the City's interest in said building to the Club,
relieve City of the expense of clearing said building from its present site, and promote co, non benefit of
the City by obtaining a contract from Club for City's use when said building is relocated and remodeled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute such agreement
ou behalf of said City of South San Fraudisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate
seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
December, 1956, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
