A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE
P~MIT FROM THE SAN FP~NCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY Aha) COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT R~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that a certain Revocable Permit from the San Francisco Water Department ef the
City and County of San Francisco dated November 15, 1956, and autherized by the Public Utilities CommiSsion
under Resolution 16809, whereby the City of South San Francisco is permitted to occupy and utilize the
certain real property therein described for the purpose of a storm drain c=essing.
BE IT FURTHER ~OLVED that said permit be executed by properly signed endorsement accepting
the permit subject to the conditions therein contained, and that a copy and other required documents be
filed with the ~ter Department of the City and County of San Francisco.
BE IT F~THER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the acceptance of said
Revocable Permit and the clerk of said City is hereby dire2ted to attest his signature and affix thereto the
corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
December, 1956 by the following vote:
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
