A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE
PERMIT FROM THE SAN FRANCISCO WAT~ DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRM~CISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that a certain Revocable Permit from the San Francisco Water Department of the City
and County of San Francisco dated November 26, 1956, and authorized by the Public Utilities Commission
under Resolution 16845, whereby the City of South San Francisco is permitted to occupy and utilize the
certain real property therein described for the purpose of a storm drain c~ssing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said permit be executed hy properly signed endorsement
accepting the permit subject to the conditions therein contained, and that a copy and other required
documents be file~ with the Water Department of the City and County of San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the acceptance of said
Revocable Permitand the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the
corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
December, 1956, by the following vote:
