BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Beed of Dedication of Easement, dated November 12, 1956, whereby
EDW. T. HAAS, R. M. HA!~IE, UTAH CONSTRUCTION CO~A~, A UTiM CORPORATION, grant and convey to said City
of South Jan Francisco an easement in, under, on, over and along certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURT}I~ R.~SOLTED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed.to cause said
Deed of Dedication of Easement, together with a certified copy of 'this resolution, to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of San M~teo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
