RESOLUTION NO. 2449
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE NORTH COUNTY COUNCIL REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF SAN MATEO COUNTY TO CONSTRUCT A SWIMMING POOL
IN NORTH SAN MATEO COUNTY PARK AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO SAID PARK
WHEREAS, The County of San Mateo by action of the Board of Supervisors has
established a County Park for the people of San Mateo County and particularly for those of
the northern part of San Mateo County, said County Parkbeing located in the City of
San Bruno; and,
WHEREAS, suggestions that a swimming pool be constructed as part of the
development of said park have been made to the members of this and other City Councils;
and,
WHEREAS, such installations are included in other parks of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco requests that the Honorable Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo undertake to provide a swimming pool facility in the North County Park located in
San Bruno and determine and provide the required access to said park and pool; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of South San
Francisco forward a copy of this Resolution to the Board~~vof Supervlsors~~d.~_.~ ~ o,- San~ateo~ .County.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco held on the 21st day of January, 1957, by the
