A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASE~ENT FROM SOUTHERN PACIFIC CORPANY TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement, dated January 21,
1957, whereby SOUTHERN PACIFIC COI~PANY, a corporation of the state of Delaware, grants
to the City of South San Francisco an easement in and upon certain property therein des-
cribed.
B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, ~rected
to cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of January 1957, by
the following vote:
Ayes,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
Noes, None
Absent, None
