A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTTON OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID
CITY AND EMANUEL DAMONTE WITH RESPECT T0 'SEWER CONNECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and Emanuel Damonte desire to
enter into a contract with respect to sewer connections at premises of 1289 Mission Road,
pending annexation proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare its
willingness to enter into such an agreement with Emanuel Damonte in the form submitted to
the City Council, said agreement to provide for annexation proceedings within eighteen (18)
months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute such agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is
instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held .on the 4th day of February, 1957, by the following vote:
