A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PERMIT FROM THE SAN FRANCISCO
WATER DEPARTMENT GRANTING TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT WEST ORANGE AVENUE ACROSS
ITS RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Revocable Permit dated January 14, 1957,
and authorized by the Pu~ ic Utilities Commission under Resolution No. 16938, whereby the
City and County of San Francisco grants to the City of'South San Francisco a right to occupy
and utilize a certain right of way, more particularly described in said Revocable Permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said permit be executed by properly signed endorse-
ment accepting the permit subject to the conditions therein contained, and that a copy and
other required documents be filed with the Water Department of the City and County of
San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the accept-
ance of said Revocable Permit and. the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his
signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of February 1957, by the follow, lng vote:
