THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
Regular Meeting
August 17, 1983
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark Addiego called the South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Members Ronald G. Acosta and Gus Nicolopulos
Absent: Vice Chairman Emanuele N. Damonte and Member Roberta
Cerri Teglia
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo, Assistant
Secretary Louis Dell'Angela, TreasUrer Barry Lipton, City
Attorney Robert Rogers and Agency Counsel Herman Fitzgerald
~-S_NDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there was nothing to add to the evening's agenda.
CLOSED SESSION: .Chairman Addiego at this time declared that the Board would retire to
a closed session for a report on the Owner Participation Agreement.
Time: 7:16 p.m.
RECALL TO ORDER: Chairman Addiego recalled the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. and stated
that no action had taken place.
RECESS: Chairman Addiego next stated that this meeting would recess until the
conclusion of the City Council meeting, to meet again in closed session.
RECALL TO ORDER: Chairman Addiego recalled the meeting to order at 11:05 p.m. and
retired to closed session.
CLOSED SESSION:
The meeting was again called to order at 12 midnight by Chairman
RECALL TO ORDER: Addiego who stated that no action had been taken.
GOOD AND WELFARE: Chairman Addiego asked if anyone wished to speak under Good and Welfare.
No one spoke.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Addiego stated that if there were no objections, the meeting
of the Redevelopment Agency would be adjourned to. Wednesday, August 24,
1983, 5:45 p.m. City Council Conference Room, City Hall
Time of adjournment: 12:03 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT As there were no objections, it was so ordered.
