RESOLUTION NO. 2461
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING AN INDENTURE FROM SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, A CORPORATION,
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, GRANTING A RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Indenture dated the 4th day of March
1957, whereby SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Delaware, grants
and conveys to said City of South San Francisco the right to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and use a street or highway upon and across certain real property therein
described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1957, by the following vote:
