Adjourned Regular Meeting
August 24, 1983
TIME: 5:45 p.m.
PLACE: City Council Conference.Room, City Hall
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Addiego called the South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 5:48 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Members Ronald G. Acosta and Gus Nicolopulos
Absent: Vice Chairman Emanuele N. Damonte and Member Roberta
Cerri Teglia
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo,
Treasurer Barry Lipton, City Attorney Robert Rogers, and
Assistant Planner Daniel Christian

TION OF THIRD stated that there was a need to extend the forfeiture date of the
AMENDMENT TO OPA East Grand Avenue bonus payments for an additional period of time.
The resolution would authorize the thirty-day extension of time, and
there would be a similar resolution on the City Council's agenda.
Member Acosta moved, seconded by Member Nicolopulos, that the resolution
entitled, "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO
THE OWNER PARTICIPATION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT," be adopted. Motion,
as made and seconded, was regularly carried; absent, Vice Chairman
Emanuele Damonte and,M~mber Roberta Cerri Teglia.
Chairman Addiego inquired, and it was confirmed that the hold-harmless
agreement would be an action of the City Council.
CLOSED SESSION: Chairman Addiego stated that the Board would retire for a closed session
concerning negotiations. Time: 5:53 p.m.
RECALL TO ORDER: The meeting was recalled to order at 6:06 p.m. No action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Acosta moved, seconded by Member Nicolopulos that the meeting be
