A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION
OF A LEASE SUBMITTED BY THE ROD AND GUN CLUB FOR
PREMISES LOCATED OFF BEACH ROAD
WHEREAS, the Rod and Gun Club proposes to lease a certain site more particu-
larly described in a lease dated the 4th day of March, 1957, from the City of South San
Francisco for the purposes of erecting thereon a Club House for its activities and fur-
ther providing for the use of said buildings by the City of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and the Rod and Gun Club having the
mutual interest desire to enter into said lease.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
hereby accept the terms of that certain lease dated the 4th day of March, 1957, and
authorize its execution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby author-
ized to execute said lease on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1957, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~milio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
