THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
Regular Meeting
September 7, 1983
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark N. Addiego called the South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency meeting to order at 7:96 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Vice Chairman Emanuele N. Damonte,
Members Gus Nicolopulos and Roberta Cerri Teglia
Absent: Member Ronal'd G. Acosta
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo, Treasurer
Barry Lipton, Director of Public Services Robert Yee, City
Attorney Robert Rogers
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there were no new items to be
added to the evening's agenda.
~ ROVAL OF Vice Chairman Damonte moved, seconded by Member Teglia, that the Minutes
MINUTES: of the regular meetings of August 3 and 17, 1983, be approved. Motion,
as made and seconded, was regularly carried; Member Acosta, absent.
APPROVAL OF BILLS: Member Nicolopulos moved, seconded by Member Damonte, that the claims as
submitted for payment for September 7, t983, be approved. Motion, as
made and seconded, was regularly carried; Member Acosta absent.
CLOSED SESSION Chairman Addiego stated that the Board would withdraw into a closed session
for the purpose of negotiations. Time: 7:13 p.m.
RECONVENED: Chairman Addiego reconvened the meeting of the Redevelopment Agency at
7:25 p.m. He remarked that no action had been taken.
GOOD AND WELFARE: Chairman Addiego invited anyone in the audience who wished to speak con-
cerning the Redevelopment Agency to come forward. No one spoke.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Teglia moved, seconded by Member Damonte, that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion, as made and seconded, was regularly carried;
Member Acosta, absent.
Time of adjournment: 7:27 p.m.
