RESOLUTION NO. 2470
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
FOR CORO FOUNDATION STUDY
WHEREAS, there has been made available the services of the Coro Foundation to the
North San Mateo County Council of Cities for a study of Consolidation of Services; and
WHEREAS, the Cities of Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, Millbrae, San Bruno and
South San Francisco ar~ to be involved; and
WHEREAS, said project is in the interest of the citizens of the City of South
San Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to sign any necessary agreements
authorizing said study.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of South San Francisco be directed to co-
operate in said study with Coro Foundation or its representatives.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of South San Francisco
does hereby authorize expenditure of funds upon notification by the Secretary of the
North San Mateo County Council of the City, of the amount proportionately chargeable to
the City of South San Francisco not to exceed Seventy-Five (75) Dollars.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of March, 1957, by
the following vote, to wit:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~milio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
