A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
EASEMENT FROM WHITECLIFF DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
A CORPORATION, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement, dated
the 8th day of March, 1957, whereby WHITECLIFF DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a corporation,
grants and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement over, across and
through certain real property therein described, upon grantors filing a title insurance
guarantee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is,
directed to cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified copy of this res-
olution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 18th day of March, 1957, by the following
vote:
AYES:
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
