A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING GUARANTEE AGREEMENT
AND APPROVING BOND-SUNSHINE GARDENS NO. 9
WHEREAS, the improvements in that area known as Sunshine Gardens No. 9 have been
duly recommended for acceptance by the respective~departments of 'the City; and
WHEREAS, developer tenders a Guarantee Agreement and bond pursuant to Ordinance
No. 297 amended, and said Agreement and bond are in proper form and sUbstance
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby accept the Guarantee Agreement and Bond No. 297867 (United Pacific
Insurance Company) in the su~ of Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($750.00) and does accept
the improvements as recommended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are authorized
to accept said Guarantee Agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 1st day of April 1957, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen
G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, l~ilio Cortesi,
Francis,-Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan.
