A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING GUARANTEE AGREEMENTS
AND APPROVING BONDS-AVALON PARK, UNITS NO. 2, 3 & 4
WHEREAS,'the improvements in those areas known as Avalon Park, Units 2, 3 & 4
have been duly recommended for acceptance by the respective departments of the City; and
WHEREAS, developer has tendered Guarantee Agreement and Bond No. 293132 (United
Pacific Insurance Company) in the sum of Twenty Four Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($24,000.00),
Avalon Park, Unit 2; Guarantee Agreement and Bond No. 293133 (United Pacific Insurance
Company) in the sum of Nine Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($9,000.00), Avalon Park, Unit 31;
and Guarantee Agreement and Bond No. 293134 (United Pacific Insurance Company) in the sum
of Three Hundred Five and No/100 Dollars ($305.00), Avalon Park, Unit 4; pursuant to
Ordinance No. 297 amended, and said Agreements and Bonds are in proper form and substance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in Avalon Park, Units 2, 3,
& 4 are accepted as recommended by the.respective departments of the City of South San Francisco
and the Guarantee Agreements and Bonds are accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the improving of Conmur Street from Granada Drive to
Alta Vista Drive in Avalon Park, Unit 3 in accordance with Addenda to the Agreement dated
June 16, 1954, shall be provided for by separate resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are authorized
to accept said Guarantee Agreements and Bonds on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San FranCisco at a
regular meeting held this 1st day of April 1957, by the following vote:

Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
