RESOLUTION NO. 2478
A P~ESOLUTION CONFII~ING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT WORK
PERFORMED UNDER RESOLLVIION OF INTENTION NO. 2237, ADOPTED
ON THE 19TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1955
~HEREAS, no person has, in writing, complained to or appealed to the City COuncil of the
CiW of SoutH.Sanl~neiscow~h reference to the assessment made by the Director of Public
Works as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets of said City upon the property declared to
be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in Resolution of Intention No,
2237, adopted on the 19th day of September 1955, and said written protests, if any,
and any and all oral protests, being hereby overruled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said assessment be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
The Director of Public Works, as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets of said
City, is hereby directed to deliVer to the Contractor Who performed the improvement
work mentioned in said Resolu~ion of Intention No. 2237, or to his duly designated
assignee, said assessment, to which shall be attached a warrant authorizing said con-
tractor or said assignee.to demand and receive the several assessments upon said assess-
ment, in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the CitY 'Council of the City of South San
'Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of April 1957, by
the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi and
Leo J. Ryan
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis Lucchio
