A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ACCEPTING GUARANTEE AGREEMENT AND APPROVING BOND
AIRPORT BOULEVARD INDUSTRIAL TRACT
WHEREAS, the 'improvements in that area known as Airport Boulevard Industrial
Tract have been duly recommended for acceptance by the respective departments of the
City; and
WHEREAS, deVeloper tenders a Guarantee Agreement and bond pursuant to
Ordinance No. 297 amended, and said Agreement and bond are in proper form and substance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby accept the Guarantee Agreement and Bond No. 802913-A (Massa-
chusetts Bonding and Insurance Company) in the'sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred
Sixty Five and 64/100th ($7,465.64) and does accept the improvements as recommended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of s~id City are author-
ized to accept said Guarantee Agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of April, 1957, by the following
vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and
Leo J. Ryan
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis Lucchio
