Regl~lar Meeting
September 21, 1983
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark N. Addiego called the South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego; Vice Chairman Emaneuele N. Damonte;
Members Gus Nicol. opulos and Roberta Cerri Teglia
Absent: Member Ronald G. Acosta
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo, Assistant
Secretary Louis Dell'Angela, Treasurer Barry Lipton
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there was nothing to add to the
evening's agenda.
2 ROVAL OF Vice Chairman Damonte moved, seconded by Member Nicolopulos, that the
B__LS: claims as submitted for payment for September 21, 1983, be approved.
Motion, as made and seconded, was regularly carried; Member Acosta, absent.
MEMBER ACOSTA Member Acosta appeared present at 7:06 p.m.
PRESENT
Chairman Addiego stated that there would be a closed session for the
CLOSED SESSION purpose of negotiation status. Time: 7:07 p.m.
RECONVENE Chairman Addiego reconvened the meeting of the Redevelopment Agency at
7:43 p.m. with all members present. He stated that staff had been
given directions, but that no action had been taken.
GOOD AND WELFARE: Chairman Addiego asked if there was anyone present who wished to speak.
No one spoke
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Addiego asked if there were any objections to adjourning this
meeting to WednesdaY, September 28, 1983, 6:30 p.m. Conference Room,
City Hall.
As there were no objections, Vice Chairman Damonte moved, seconded by
Member Acosta to adjourn the meeting to Wednesday, September 28, 1983,
6:30 p.m. Motion, as made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
ADJOURNMENT: Time of adjournment: 7:45 p.m.
