A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ADDENDUM AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SAID CITY AND SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
certain Agreement entered into with the South San Francisco. Scavenger Company on the 5th day
of July 1956 was intended to provide by its terms for a fifteen (15) year use of the tidelands
and submerged lands for'a fill and cover dump.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that the Mayor of said City shall be,
and he hereby is, authorized to amend, or by addendum to said agreement, on behalf of said City
provide for clarification of the terms of said Agreement, so that the Scavengers should have
fifteen (15) years from and after th~ 15th day of July 1956 to use said tidelands and sub-
merged lands for fill and cover operations subject to the terms in referenced Agreement. The
City Clerk of said City is hereby instructed to attest to said agreement and to affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of April, 1957, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and Leo J. Ryt
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman FranCis Lucchio
