RESOLUTION NO. 2482
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO OUTBOARD
CLUB FOR DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL OF THE WHARF
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco in order to prepare the fill and
cover site for use is required to remove the wharf now existing; and
WHEREAS, the South S~n Francisco Outboard Club and its members desire
to remove said structure and make use of the materials for a floating dock at no
cost to said City ....
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby accept the Agreement of the South San Francisco Outboard
Club and its members to remove said wharf at no expense to the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to execute such agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day
of April 1957, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi
and Leo J. Ryan
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis Lucchio
