A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ORDERING THE CANCELLATION OF CERTAIN UNSOLD
IMPROVEMENT BONDS, TOGETHER WITH ATTACHED COUPONS, UPON
THE PAR, OR FACE, VALUE THEREOF BEING PAID IN FULL
WHEREAS certain bonds issued in connection with the special assessment proceed-
ings conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2207, passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco on the 29th day of August 1955, have not
been sold and are full and complete with all coupons issued in connection therewith being
attached thereto; and
WHEREAS the owner of a portion of the property affected by said assessment pro-
ceedings has offered to pay immediately to the City the full face value of said bonds
upon condition that the sa~e, together with all attached coupons, be cancelled without
being sold; and
WHEREAS it appears to be fair and equitable that the offer of such property
owner shall be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council, and said City Council does
hereby order, as follows: That upon there being paid to the City of South San Francisco
the sum of Four Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-eight and 77/100 Dollars ($4,338.77) in
cash money or, in lieu thereof, in the form of a Cashier's check or money order made
payable to the order of said City, the hereinafter designated bonds together with attached
coupons shall not be sold, but, on the contrary, the City Treasurer of said City shall,
and is hereby instructed to, mark the same "cancelled"i and retire said bonds together with
attached coupons. The aforementioned bonds are all the following:

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of June 1957,
by the following vote:
