A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF THE BONDS
ISSUED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 2207
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
City Clerk of said city shall, and he is hereby directed to, sell all outstanding and un-
cancelled bonds, together with all attached coupons, as issued in connection with the
special assessment proceedings conducted pursuant to the provisions of Resolution of
Intention No. 2207, passed and adopted by said City Council'on the 29th day of August 1955,
which bonds are now in the possession of said City Clerk. Said City Clerk shall sell the
aforementioned bonds fOr cash money in an amount equal to at least their par, or face,
value. In that connection, such bonds shall be delivered to the purchaser thereof only
upon receipt of such cash money or, in lieu thereof, a Cashier's check or money order made
payable to the City of South San Francisco in said amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, if, within ten (10) days from the date hereof, said
City Clerk shall receive one or more offers in an a~ount greater than the par value of
said bonds, then he shall accept the highest of such offers, provided that the conditions
hereinbefore specified shall be strictly complied with.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and 'adopted by the City Council of. the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 3rd day of June 1957, by the following vote:
