A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGF~EMENT BETWEEN SAID
CITY AND AL BERTETTA WITH RESPECT TO SEWER CONNECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco and A1 Berretta desire to enter into
a contract with respect to sewer connections at premises of 1281 Old Mission Road,
pending annexation proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare its
willingness to enter into such an agreement with A1 Berretta in the for~ submitted to the
City Council, said agreement to provide for annexation proceedings within eighteen (18)
months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute such agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.

a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June 1957, by the following vote:
