A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING T~E EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO PASS OVER AND
ACROSS WEST ORANGE AVENUE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, West Orange Avenue was extended over and across property owned by the
California Golf and Country Club, and
WHEREAS~ the property acquired crosses the driveway, which is the main entrance
to the California Golf and Country Club, and
WHEREAS, the California Golf and Country Club prior to executing a deed grant-
ing the fee to said property desires to obtain an easement to serve as a way of ingress
and egress for the benefit of the California Golf and Country Club, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Franc~co and the California Golf and Country
Club desire to execute an agreement establishing, said.easement and particulars concerning
its use and maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby authorize the execution of an agreement dated the 1st day of July,
1957, granting an easement to the California Golf and Country Club over and across West
Orange Avenue Extension where it intersects with the main driveway leading to the Calif-
ornia Golf and Country Club.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
execute such agreement on behalf of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk
is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 1st day of July, 1957, by the following vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~ilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan.
