A RE~OLUTION OF THE CITY COU~IL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~ANCISCO
ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL SEWER RENTALS AND CHABGES FOR 1957-58
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 396
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 396, sewer rentals and charges are required to
be assessed on the city tax rollm and collected with the regular municipal taxes, and
WHEREAS, the written report charging each parcel with the sewer rentalm and
charges has been duly filed with the City Clerk and required published notice of hear-
ing on said report ham been made, and
WHEREAS, hearing ns duly held on the 15th day of July 1957 at 8:00 p.m. by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco in regular semsion and protestm
having not been made by owners of a majority of the meparate parcels of property des-
cribed in maid report'.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bg IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Cityof South
San Francisco does hereby adopt the mewer rentals and chargem filed with the City Clerk
for 1957-58 and maid rentals and chargem shall be ammessed on the city tax rolls and
collected with the regular municipal taxem, and maid r®nt&ls andcharges mhall, as set
forth in Ordinance 396, constitute a lien on the respective parcels of real property.
BE IT FU~x'~K RESOLVED that City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution
to be published, within fifteen (15) daym after pasmage, in the South San Francisco.
Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of South
San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francimco at a
regular meeting held on the 15th day of July, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortemi and Leo J. Ryan
NOgS, None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis Lucchio
