NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of California,
that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special
Meeting on Wednesday, November 30, 1983, 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Conference
Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting:
I. RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AMENDING THE BY-LAWS OF SAID REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF SAID REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.

CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Addie§o called the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco to order at 7:19 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Members Emanuele N. Damonte,
Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, Roberta Cerri Teglia
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo,
Assistant Secretary Louis Dell'Angela, Agency Treasurer
Barry Lipton, City Staff
RESOLUTION NO. 44 Member Teglia moved, seconcded by Member Haffey, that the resolution
AMENDING BY-LAWS & entitled, "A RESOLUTION OFTHE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
SETTING TIME/PLACE OF SOUTH SAN ~ANCISCO AMENDING THE BY-LAWS OF SAID REDEVELOPMENT
OF MEETINGS AGENCY AND SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF SAID
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY."
Roll call vote was as follows: AYes, Members Mark N. Addiego,
Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haffey, and'Roberta Cerri Teglia.
Noes, Member Gus Nicolopulos. Absent, none.
ADJOURNMENT: Member 'Teglia moved, seconded by Member Damonte, that the meeting
be adjourned. Motion, as made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
Time of adjournment: 7:19 p.m.
