SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT l~itOM UTAH
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, A ~TAH COllPORATXON CORPORATION,
TO THE CiTY OF sO~rH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ~outh San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement, dated
the day of 1957, whereby DTAH CON~I~UCTION COMPANY, a Utah Corporation,
Erantm and conveys to said City of SoUth San FrancisCo an easement over, across
and thro~Eh certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant of Easement, ~to~ether with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Irateo.

South SanFrancisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day
