A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 'COUNCIl,, OF THE CITY OF ~OUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING REMORANDUM
OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR
MAJOR CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, a memorandvmof agreement has been presented to be entered into
with the State of California inaccordance with a project statement submitted by
the City of South San FranCisco for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities
for the f~scal year 1958, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof:.
T~REFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of 'the City of South San
Francisco that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of
proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, and said agreement be and
the sa~e is hereby approved and the ~ayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the
same on behal~ of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its
execution by ~he authorized officials of the State.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day
of JUly 1957, by the following vote:

NOES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozsi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi
and Leo J. Ryan
None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis LucChio
