SAN FEANCISCO AWARDING THE SALE OF BONDS TO THE lflGffEST
AND BEST BIDDER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mates, State of' California, that
WHEREAS pursuant to order of the City Council and pursuant to a published
notice of sale of public improvement bonds issued in connection with the special assess-
ment proceedin~s conducted in accordance with the provision~ of Resolution of Intention
No. 2207, palmed and adopted by said City Council on the 29th day of August 1955; and
WHEREAS the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of South San Fran-
cisco is the place, and tho 15th day of July 1957 is the time fixed in said notice for
the receivin~ of bids for the purchase of said bonds, and whereas written bid~ have
been received and have been publicly opened, examined, and declared by said City
Council,
NOW, THERKIeCRE, IT IS HEREBy. ORDERED as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said'bonds, excepting
the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and
they hereby are, ordered sold to MASON BItOTHEI2 as the highest responsible bidder
therefor, said sale to be subject to all the 'terms and conditions set forth in the
aforesaid notice of' sale of said bonds.
2. That the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to deliver to said
Bidder, upon receipt of the full amount of the bid therefor, as above specified, but
not otherwise, and upon the complete performance of all the conditions contained in
said written offer, the aforesaid public improvement bonds.
I hereby certify that the forewoing resolution vas regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco held on the 15th day of July 1957, by
the followin~ vote:
