RESOLUTION NO. 2506 ..
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
8OUTfl SAN FRANCISCO GRAIq'rlNG APPLICATION FOR
GRADING IN INDUSTRIAL PARK #3
W~REAS, the Utah Company, a Delaware Corporation, pursuant to Ordinance
No. 286, has made written application for permission to do grading work in that
area known as Industrial Park #3, and
WHEREAS, said applioation was accompanied by a map delineating the
boundaries and showing tho olovatiom~ of the land proposed to be graded and the
elevation at which it ia propo~od"to-causo said land to'be'graded, and
WHEREAS, tho Director of Public Work~ ha~ examined said application
and accompanying documents and has made a report of his recommendation~ to the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application and the. said
report of the Director of Public'Works and desires to grant the permit for grad-
ing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BK IT RESOLVED that the:City Council of tho City of
South San Francisco does grant the application subject to the report made by the
Dlroctor of Publlc Works, as amended July 15, 1957., and do~s authorize the City
Clerk to issue to the applicant a permit for the gradtng work.
BE IT rOA-t-Ual~ RESOLVED that the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk
the foes for the expense of onmining and tho report of-the Worker engineer and
the foe for inspection of tho york computed as follows:
The hourly rate of pay of tho employee or employees examining or in-
specting plus 21~ as a chargefor administrativ® overtime.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by tho City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular mooting hold on the 5th day of August
1957' by the following vote:

Cortosi and Leo J. Ryan
