A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DECLARING 178 INTENTION TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE NO. '353 SO AS TO
HEZOHE PARCEL BORDgI[gD BY' WINSTON MANOR~ #1, HICICEY BOULEVARD AND
EL CAMINO REAL KNOWN AS THE HAM PItOPERTT ~O AS TO ItgZORE FROM R-3
TO C-I AND SETTING THE REQUIRED PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Planninw Commission of the City of South San Francisco,
havinw complied with the required procedures, after Wiving notice required by
determined that the property known ad a parcel of land in the City of South
San Francisco, CoUnty of San Marco, State of California, 2.091 acres more or lees,
on the northwest corner of E1 Camino Real and Hickey Boulevard as shown on
aeeeeeor"m map SSF-17 bordered by Winston Manor #1 Subdivision, Htckey Boulevard
and E1 Casino Real, should be r®zoned' C-I; and, therefore, Ordinance Nm. 353,
Section 2.2 thereof should be amended to eo provide and state, said Planning
Commission having by Resolution No. 723 approved and recommended said change in
zoning, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, having con-
eidered the said rezoning and having determined that the public interest and
general welfare require such an amendment and that such an amendment will not be
detrimental to the certain area, but on the contrary, viii further the beet interest
of the City of South San Francisco, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby declare its intention to amend Section 2.3 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco, eo that said property amy be zoned C-X.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVgD that the City Clerk give and publish notice of
hearing ae required by law.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 5th day of August
1957 by the following vote:
