THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
Regular Meeting
Janua~ 11, 1984
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Addiego called the South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Vice Chairman Richard A. Haffey,
Members Emanuele N. Damonte, Gus Nicolopulos, Roberta C. Teglia
Also Present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo, Assistant
Secretary Louis Dell"Angela, Agency Treasurer Barry Lipton
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there were no agenda additions
or deletions.
~ 'ROVAL OF Vice Chairman Haffey moved, seconded by Member Teglia, that the Minutes
~ ~UTES: of the Regular Meeting of December 14, 1983, be approved. Motion, as
made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
APPROVAL OF Member Teglia moved, seconded by Member Damonte that the claims as
BILLS: submitted for payment, January 11, 1984, be approved.
In response to the Board's inquiries, Executive Director Birkelo stated
that an update on the Dan Caputo contract figures would be forwarded to
to the members of the Board.
Motion, as made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
ELECTION OF The next item was the selection of Chairman.
CHAIRMAN:
In keeping with the policy set.for the Mayor to sit as Chairman of the
Board, Member Teglia moved, seconded by Member Damonte, that Chairman
Addiego succeed himself as Chairman of the South San Francisco Redevelop-
ment Agency. Motion, as made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
GOOD AND WELFARE: Chairman Addiego invited anyone in the audience to ~peak. No one spoke.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Teglia moved, seconded by Member Nicolopulos, that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion, as made and seconded, was unanimously approved.
Time of adjournment: 7:11 p.m.
