A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH 8AN FRANCISCO
AUTIiORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT REGARDING WINSTON MANOR #1
SANITARY SEWER
WHEREAS, Fred Bertetta has proposed az alternate engineering plan which will, in
tho opinion of the Director of Public Works, cure the deficiencies in tho Winston hnor
#1 Sanitary Sewer, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to approve said proposal, which is set forth in the
Agreement dated the day of 1957.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does approve the pro~e~al sub~itted by Fred Berretta in said Agreement
and authorizes the Mayor of 8aid..City to execute said Agreement on behalf of said City
of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate
seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ns regularly
introduced and adopted by the City C~uncil of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular ~eeting held on the 5th day of August 1957 by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~tilio Cortesi and Leo J. Ryan
