A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AIX)I~rlNG BUDGET AND APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUND8 ALLOCA~ UNDER SECTION
2107,5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a mem°randumof agreement has been preeented to be entered into with
the State of California in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City Of
South San Francisco for expenditure of the engineering allocation to cities for the
fiscal year 1958, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is famil-
with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted am tho budget of proposed
expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities, and. saidagreement be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk arm directed to sign the
same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execu-
tion by the authorized officials of the State.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution vas regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of tho City of, South San Francisco
at a regular mooting held on the 5th day of August 19.57 by the following vote:
