I~SOLUTION NO. 2519
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFIRMING REPORT OF SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS AS TO CHARGES FOR REMOVING
WEEDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to order of the City Council, the Superintendent of Streets
has removed weeds from the lots and places and at the costs recited in the itemized
report filed with the City Clerk on the 21st day of August 1957; and
WHEREAS, notice of filing of said report, of the time and'place where per-
sons interested in the work done or in the report could be held to wit: the 3rd day
of September 1957 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers has been duly made, filed
and posted. An affidavit of said posting of said notice has been made and filed
by the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 3rd day of September at 8:00 p.m. did
conduct a hearing to determine objections thereto and there b~ing none, desire to
confirm the report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby confirm the itemized report submitted by the Superintendent
of Streets showing the cost and expenses of removing weeds on and in front of each
sepsrate lot, and determines and orders that said charges as therein assessed shall
be a lien upon the land, lots or portion of lots assessed respectfully and such lien
shall continue until it has been discharged of record.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of September 1957 by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
