A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH DEVELOPERS OF PINEVIEW CREST REGARDING SUBDIVIDERS'
CONTRIBUTION TO OFF-SITE DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Tony Rossi and Joseph Vestuto intend to develop a residential sub-
division known as Pineview Crest and connect to and use certain off-site developments
installed by the City of South San Francisco, and
· HEREAS, the connection to and use of said improvements will cause the City
to incur certain costs and Subdividers desire to contribute to said cost in accord with
an agreed formula set out in Schedule "A", attached to said agreement, and the City
desires to accept said contribution to help defray said cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco does hereby accept the offer of the Subdividers, Tony Rossi and Joseph
Vestuto, developers of that area known as Pineview Crest, to contribute to off-site
development as set out in that agreement dated the 3rd day of September, 1957,
and does hereby authorize the Mayor of said City to execute said agreement on behalf
of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of September, 1957, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
