RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 353 BY
ADDING THERETO SECTION 4.11C, WHICH PROVIDES FOR PARKING
IN DISTRICTS COMBINED WITH 'H' DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco bas
heretofore by resolution recommended amending Ordinance No. 353 as hereinafter
set forth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, after due
consideration, has determined to set said amendment for hearing preparatory to
adding it to Ordinance No. 353,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco hereby notices its intention to amend Zoning Ordinance No.
353 by adding thereto Section 4.11C to provide as follow~:
4.11C - Increase or decrease in area by modification
of building, s.ite or use; or the joining of' buildings,
sites or uses; or by any means whatsoever of any build-
ing, site or use in any district combined with an "~'
District that does not have the parking area required
for such building, site or use, shall be permitted upon
designating and providing parking area required by this
section for the increased or decreased area of such
building, site or use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said matter is set for hearing on the 7th
day of October, 1957, at 8 o'clock p.m., and notice as required by law shall be
made.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 16th day of September, 1957, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
and Leo J. Ryan
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Francis Lucchio
