A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO O. D.
RAm. IN
WHEREAS, the City of South San~r~Uclsco heretofore on the 23rd day of
December 1955 conveyed by grant deed to O. D. Ha~lin two (3) parcels of land
fronting on Camaritas Avenue by Resolution No. 2287, and
WHEREAS, because of ambiguities, the title company has requested
quitclaim deed for the same properties clearing record title.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby authorize the execution of quitclaim deed dated
the 21st day of October 1957 to O. D. Hamlin clearing the objections to title
raised by the ambiguities in the conveyance of December 23, 1955.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution vas regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of October 1957, by
the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen Andrew Rocca, Leo J. Ryan, Francls Lucchto,
]~ailio Cortesi and G. J. Rozzi.
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
