A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING BEACH DEVELOPMENT FUND AND APPROPRI-
ATING THERETO FUNDS FReE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY RESERVE AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT THEREIN OF MONIES OBTAINED FROM
THE SALE OF COLMA CREEK SAND
WHEREAS, there was heretofore deposited in the Housing Authority Reserve the sum
of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE DOLLARS AND SIX CENTS ($140,639.06)
received from the South San Francisco Housing Authority, and .
WHEREAS, ~he City Council desires to authorize appropriation from the Rousing
Authority Reserve the su~ of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00) and credit said sum to the
Beach Development Fund, and further desires to credit to said Beach Development Fund monies
received from the sale of Colma Creek sand.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco does hereby authorize appropriation from the Housing Authority Reserve to the Beach
Deveopment Fund the su~ of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00) for the purpose of beach devel-
opment during the next fiscal year, and further authorizes that all monies received.from the
sale of Col~a Creek sand shall be credited to said Beach Development Fund for the same purposes.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meet-
ing held this 4th day of November, 1957, by the following vote:
