A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIl, OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT LEASING
RAMP AREA TO THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO OUTBOARD CLUB, INC.
I~HEREAS, the City of South San Francisco desires to lease to the South San Fran-
cisco Outboard Club, Inc., that area designated ra~p area for the launching of small boats,
and
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Outboard Club, Inc., desires to lease, operate,
and maintain said launch ra~p, and have submitted an agreement containing terms upon which
the premises shall be leased and operated which are acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco does hereby accept and authorize the execution of that certain lease agreement dated
the 4th day of November, 1957., wherein the area designated ra~p area is leased to the South
San Francisco Outboard Club, Inc., for a period of one (1) year terminable on thirty (30)
days notice.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~nilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio
and Leo J. Ryan
