A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM UTAH
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Easement dated the llth
day of October, 1957, whereby UTAH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Delaware Corporation, grants
and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement over, across and through
certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Cb rk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1957, by the following
vote:

Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, ~ilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
