RESOLUTION NO. 2535
A RE~OLUTION OF THE CITY CouNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCo APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION
OF NuNICIPAL ELECTION RETURNS FOR 1956
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election returns of the
lunicipal election of April 1956, and
WHEREAS, destruction of said returns is authorized by the laws of the
State of California within six (6) months after said election, if there is no contest
pending, and
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months hame passed and no contest is pending,
and the City Council consents to and approves the destruction of said returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby approve and consent to the destruction of the election
returns of the municipal election of April 1956.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1957,
by the following vote:
AYES,
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, E~ilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan

ABSENT, None
