LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the C~ty of South San F~ancisco, State of Calif-
ornia, has received a petition signed bY the owner of certain'property described in said
petition,'requesting that the City Council undertake proceedings pursuant to the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 and issue bonds' under the provisions of the Improvement Bond Act
of 1915 for the public improvements more Particularly set forth in said petition and
assess the cost of said improvements, together with incidental expenses thereof, upon the
property described in said petition; and
WHEREAS, said City Council proposes to adopt its Resolution of Intention ex-
pressing its intention to undertake such proceedings under said Acts; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be served by appointing
and employing engineers for the preparation and conduct of said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That WlLSEY & HAM, Millbrae, San Mateo County, California, be, and they
are hereby, appointed Engineers, and employed to do and perfor~ all engineering work nec-
essary in and for said proceedings, including all preliminary surveying, preparation of
plans, profiles, specifications, estimate of costs, diagram, assessment, setting grade
stakes and supervision of work; that their total compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed
at a reasonable engineering fee for all of said engineering, to be assessed as an incid-
ental expense of said proceedings.
2. That the fee provided to be paid herein be paid from said assessments to
be levied and bonds to be issued, and not otherwise.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1957, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis
Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
