LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 2544
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL AS THE NEWSPAPER INWHICH THE
CITY CLERK OF SAID CITY IS ORDERED TO PUBLISH ANY
NOTICE, RESOLUTION, ORDER OR OTHER MATTER RELATING
TO LINDENVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
~HEREAS, the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal is a newspaper published
and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, State of Calif-
ornia; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of South San Francisco is conducting
proceedings under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement Bond Act
of 1915; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of South San Francisco has adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 2543 to order certain work and improvements in Llndenville
Industrial Park Improvement District as described in said Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, State of California, as follows:
Whenever, in the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 or the Improvement Bond
Act of 1915, a notice, resolution, order or other matter relative to said proceedings
for said work and improvement in said Lindenville Industrial Park Improvement District
is required to be published, the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is hereby
ordered to publish such notice, resolution, order or other matter in said THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL, which is hereby selected by the City Council for that
purpose.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of November, 1957, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, hilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
